Kingston is a new master-planned community on Corkscrew Road in Estero, developed by Cameratta Companies. Lennar is one of several builders inside it. This site covers Lennar’s homes — independently, and without the parts a builder brochure leaves out.

Kingston’s grand opening is Saturday 17 October 2026
The developer has set a grand opening celebration for Saturday 17 October, 11am–2pm, at Kingston off Corkscrew Road. Model homes are under construction now in Kingston South by three builders — Lennar, Pulte Homes and Neal Communities — with Taylor Morrison building Esplanade at Kingston alongside them.
Opening weekend is the busiest a builder’s sales floor gets, and it is the point at which walking in unrepresented costs you the most.
What Lennar is building here
Four collections, twenty-two floor plans, from 1,462 to 3,945 square feet. The collection names suggest a straightforward ladder from smallest to largest, and the actual numbers do not agree — several Manor homes are larger than most Estate homes. The floor plans page lays out every plan with real square footage so you can compare on the numbers rather than the labels.
Where Kingston actually is today
Kingston opens on Saturday 17 October 2026. Model homes are under construction in Kingston South now, and Lennar is selling by appointment ahead of the opening. The amenity campus — resort pool, wellness centre, indoor sports complex, The Saloon — follows as the community builds out. Read the honest version before you plan around an opening date.
The number nobody will give you
HOA dues and the CDD assessment. They are not published yet in any form we can verify, and we are not going to estimate them from neighbouring communities and let you budget off a guess. Our costs page sets out exactly what applies in this corridor and the questions to ask — and we will send you the real figures the moment they exist.
Why use us instead of walking in
The consultant at the sales centre works for Lennar. That is not a criticism — it is their job. Independent representation costs you nothing directly and puts someone on your side of the table for homesite selection, contract terms, incentive comparison and inspection.
One piece of timing that catches people out: builder registration rules generally require your agent to be named at or before your first visit. If Kingston is on your list, sort that out before you drive out there. Schedule a tour or call (239) 208-0906.
