Kingston’s amenity campus is designed, funded and on the master plan — a resort pool oasis, an indoor sports complex, a wellness centre and The Saloon, all built around Kingston South. The community opens on Saturday 17 October 2026.
The amenity campus
Cameratta Companies, the developer, has published an amenity programme for Kingston that includes a resort-style pool and spa, a wellness and fitness centre, a sports complex, a culinary centre and a social venue described as The Saloon. Kingston Village Parkway is designed for golf-cart connectivity between districts, and a school site sits inside the community footprint.

Where it stands
Model homes are under construction in Kingston South now, by Lennar, Pulte Homes and Neal Communities, ahead of the grand opening on Saturday 17 October 2026. The amenity campus follows as the community builds out.
Why buying now is the advantage
Buying at this stage is where the advantage sits: the lowest entry pricing Kingston will offer, and first pick of homesites before the best lake, preserve and corner lots are taken. Those choices are made once, and they are made now. We will walk the plat with you and tell you which homesites are genuinely worth the premium.
Is the Kingston clubhouse open?
Not yet. The community opens on Saturday 17 October 2026 and the amenity campus follows as Kingston builds out. Ask us for the current construction timeline before you plan around any opening date.
Are the amenity images on builder sites photographs?
They are artist renderings. We caption every rendering on this site as a rendering. A photograph of a completed Kingston amenity does not exist yet, because the amenities do not exist yet.
Will there be a golf course at Kingston?
Kingston is designed for golf-cart connectivity between districts, which is not the same as an on-site golf course. If golf is a priority, ask us — we also cover communities where golf is central, and the membership structures differ enormously.
