Kingston is a coming-soon community, so move-in ready inventory is limited and any list published today goes stale quickly.
Current status
Lennar sells Kingston by appointment ahead of the grand opening on Saturday 17 October 2026. Model homes are under construction in Kingston South now, but a model home is not inventory — it is the sales display. Quick move-in homes here are either not yet available or exist in very small numbers. Rather than publish a list that will be wrong within days — and rather than publish a home that has already sold, which is a mistake we take seriously — we keep this current by asking directly.
What to ask for instead
In an early-phase community the more useful question is not “what is finished” but “what is started and when does it complete”. Homes under construction can often still be personalised at the design centre if you catch them at the right stage, which is frequently a better outcome than waiting for completed inventory.
